The issues reported in this article is about the laws of Cincinnati Ohio, and weather or not Mr. Davis was in violation of the law when he failed to tell the women that he was HIV positive. The moral issue(s) may in fact cut both ways. Is part of this the fault of the women? Perhaps. But regarding the law, I do not know of any location where it is mandated for unmarried persons to wear condoms. Can't imagine all the cheating legislators to legislate that law.

Sad to say, but my husband bragged to me just this past year about how there's probably lots of women that he's infected just because of how many are willing to have sex without a condom.

I believe that it should be required for any of us that has AIDS to let their partners know about it. Don't condoms occasionally break? I've lived with this disease for 19 years now and I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

So he knew he was Poz, lied about his status and had unprotected sex with these women? Sounds like a gift giver who got what was coming to him. If a poz male, under treatment, has consentual sex with a condom - I see where criminalization may be extreme; but in this case...where he lied and went in bareback, that's just wrong! As far as the WWE is concerned, I can see why he is not medically suitable to wrestle, as it's common for a wrestler to bleed in the ring and difficult to make contact.

Sorry but they asked for it. You wanna be a booty call that's what you get. Sorry but you have to treat everyone like they are poz. Anyone can get it!

If indeed this man has been dishonest or reckless he deserves what he gets. But on the other hand HIV has been around long enough for heterosexuals to know about and use safe sex. Where I live you have to tell a potential sex partner if you are infected with HIV or HepC. If the same law exists in Cincinnati then he has an obligation to declare his status. If not then he need not do so but must still have protected sex. The women should also take responsibility for their bodies as well

Give me a break! In this day and age where everyone knows about HIV, and the women didn't demand he where a condom! Why is it all his fault? How do they even know any of the women contracted HIV, if medical info is private? I have serious problems with this trial.

Your body is YOUR responsibility. Why run to the courts after lying down with someone unprotected ? If you wanna do grown up things then act grown up. blech .
