This, in light of the fact that everyone is aware that Thailand is a sex vacation magnet, for both men and women who are in the sex worker business. And who are the largest groups of 'tourists' to visit Thailand for sex? Americans and Europeans but Americans by far lead the pack. Another example of the inability of Big Pharma, the AMA and the governments to cooperate.
