Pastor Harrington
This is great news for people in the 26 states that buy in to the ACA. It's sad for those living in theunhealthy underserving states. The Ryan White Care Act is still the flagship of HIV care, right? Well, is it? I've heard (can't prove) that the Federal dollars for the RWCA is not reaching programs as quickly anymore. If true, a major problem for all states. And what about continued HIV care for undocumented persons living in the US? Please expand on this.
