Did you really expect the use of condoms to only fall a bit? When is the STD research community going to realize that sex is an innate, psycho-physiological need dictated by hormonal levels in the blood. It is as though you think that having sex is like clipping you finger nails...an elective thing done without thought. NO! it is a natural response to a physio-emotional need. Some needs are greater than others. That is why PReP and PeP were developed, to lessen the transmission of HIV.

I can't believe it's not activism

"There is an emerging epidemic of sexually transmitted hep C among HIV-positive MSM in the United States and elsewhere, but only spotty anecdotal evidence to suggest that HIV-negative men are also acquiring the virus through sex." IOW, "let the pozzies die from hepatitis, let our behavior influence and lead to other people's infections. FTW, we've got our safe sex now No one else matters". This magazine is grotesque. You people should be ashamed of yourselves for what you're promoting!
