Isn't this equivalent to what's called Murder In The First Degree? This is incredible.
Nice. Now those they take off will see their health decline, and of course gay men will be the first to be dropped. Those who are pushed off ADAP should sue the state for attempted murder. What a dilemma - keep the 760 on board, or face a class-action settlement for far more than those 760 would have cost the state.
I am doing well because I am on medications. If I was on a ADAP waiting list,I wouldn't be able to afford the co-pays needed to continue my medicine. Why doesn't Virginia and all the other States band together and go after the drug companies that charge extremely high prices for all of these drugs! Case in point testosterone gel for one month is now up to 275 Dollars a month! Why are we standing by and allowing this?
Not being able to provide ART is the fallacy of increased testing. What's the point of finding out you are positive if you can't get proper treatment? The Federal government through the CDC needs to intervene. And many politicians continue to rave about American exceptionalism. Yeah, right! In this case, America is truly exceptional because it's the only Western country without proper health coverage for all, including those of us with HIV.
So much for change you can believe in 2008. Where's the data and the implementation strategy for HIV? Why are there still ADAP waiting lists this indulgent wealthy country? Virginia now has a waiting list! Unbelievable. Just open the gas chambers! Lies all lies!

What a shame. I will be traveling up to Richmond in February to find out what the problem is. Why is it America will sit back and watch people die or see their healthcare premiums skyrocket.
