Obama has said that the stigma surrounding HIV is largely due to homphobia. I hope this is addressed squarely in the national strategy. There needs to be an anti-homophobia campaign from the federal level -- like the anti-smoking campaign. Homophobia fuels the HIV epidemic and many other negative health outcomes for GLBT persons -- e.g. depression, suicide, alcoholism,drug abuse, violence. America needs to maximize the resouces that GLBT persons have to contribute to our society.

i was one of the blessed ones too sit in the front and shake and speak a sententance to elect President THE HONORABLE BARACK OBAMA town hall meeting in my town the questions was loudly asked what he would do if he was PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES THE QUESTION WAS NOT AVOIDED AND ANSWERED RESPECTFULLY What the people as my self infected and affected would like to be more than CLIENTS im in a rural area in PENNSYLVANIA and its really become quite difficult to advocate i have sent many e-mails
