I know many men who will never get tested because HIV criminalization begins the moment you test positive. There's no such thing as Doc Patient confidentiality. Your name goes directly to the government health department. It may continue the spread of HIV but it's better than being sent to prison! Tell THAT to conservative state governments!

As a 61yr old gbm with h.i.v.,its a scary situation,i am retired from a sex life, not by choice, but you young gay men, your gonna have to get involved, its gonna be your world in a few years, the criminal justice system is scary enough, a man gets 30yr in Missouri, more than some murderers, see how many years Charlie Sheen gets, none,i remember in the 80's we just wanted to survive, quit filing charges on each other, get involved, register to vote, people didn't fight in the 80's for this.
