As an HIV person that is a Christian and Gay these questions and concerns about abusing my HIV brothers and sister who have enough stigma projected at them daily and do not need to b subjected to more abuse of cultural leaders is unacceptable. I wish my Christian leaders would get honest about humansexuality and look at their own desiriers and start communicating like adults in LOVE about truths in Sex and stop creating more stima, shame and guilt on the poor and less educated people they serve

Andy writes, critics have raised questions for years... Really? Waxman? One critic? Who are those critics? Not the 10's of 1000's of people served by CAF! The reader can conclude that it is only Miss Kopsa. Btw, He Intends Victory is NOT an ex-gay ministry but a Christian ministry to those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS whether Christian or not! We've actually been serving the HIV/AIDS community around the world for 25 years! And, we will not stop because someone prints lies.

While this article backhands the Bush administration, it should be noted that PEPFAR budget under the George W. Bush nearly tripled from 2004 to 2009, while under the current administration, funding for PEPFAR has been cut 5 times year-to-year. www.pepfar.gov/funding/budget/index.htm
