Just how do they determine who it was that actually infected the other? And how do we know the guy was not already poz? This is a slipperly slope when taking someone's word. Everyone should be responsible for themselves.

My feelings are that if you are poz you should tell partners HOWEVER if someone has unsafe sex and finds out later that the person he had unsafe sex with is poz then that's on him. Because you screwed up by being careless why should someone else pay for your carelessness. This seems to happen frequently now days.
