After 1 major heart attack (med-related), 8mm kidney stone operations, development of arterial blockages in legs, pancreatitis, a stroke and a hernia (not work-related), serious blood-flow stoppages below the knee, and painful needle-like tingling ... I finally decided, enough was enough, and stopped taking all medications responsible for maintaining my 11-year un-detectable status. Coupled with skyrocketing cholesterol, regardless of no-meat/meat on/off. I gave up meds period, come what may.

is it possible to get into the current or next phase of this trial? I spend half my nights trying to make my feet and ankles not hurt. The neuropathy that started slow in the beginning in 1996 has come on with a vengenance the lst year and a half. I can not find any relief except Neurontin which is a miserable drug and makes me very ill and asleep.
