Big Island Hawaii voters also approved a ballot measure to make enforcement of marijuana use by adults (over 21)the lowest priority of law enforcement. Also prevents the County from accepting federal funds for marijuana policing and eradication. The law applies to adults with 24 or less plants and 24 or less ounces of marijuana for personal use.

Regardless if the County of Hawaii agreed by 99% to allow the cultivation of 30 plants and ounces on the ballot, no COUNTY(Island) Law will ever superced State Law. This actually hurts the 4,600 patients who are awaiting my CHAMPION BILL, HB 2675,SB 1479(NOW), and due to the recent Medical Cannabis Ring Bust of Patients Without Time, TWO days ago, I am meeting this week with Key Legislatures to confirm the text for our strive for excellence in 2009 and we will prevail.
