I was on hep c treatment for 48 weeks and never stopped my hiv meds. Although it was a lot of meds to take in 1 day I did it. I cleared hep c in 12 weeks but continued treatment the whole 48 weeks and 3 years later my hep c is still cleared. It may be a tough time but well worth it in the end.
