I am all for neddle exchange. I am also for sticking an extra large rusty needle up the a*& of the congresses that say such stupid things like you can not do it within 1000 feet of a school. Thats like the a^&holes that restric sex offenders from living within 1000 feet of a school.. I guess 1001 feet would protect. What we need is a complete cleaning of babling idiots that are f#$king this country up.

That is just crazy. I work in a fixed needle exchange its hard enough to find a building that will have us. The community want to feel safe no needles on the street but not housed in their neighbourhood. Dont make it harder to do. Good Luck. Western Australian substance and users assocaitin.
