What a joke, $80 million. That works out to about $15 - $20 for every man, woman, & child living with HIV/Aids in the U.S.? In comparison to what they give to bail out bank ceo's or what they spend on the military, that doesn't even come close to 1 air force jet. $6 million fur supplemental spending if still needed? OMG! Did someone find a vaccine or cure and forgot to tell me

As a straight Hetro Blk man its not societys fault we got this -hit. I am Thankful for any support that is given to help deal with the cost of meds and any other $$$$ assitance. Be Grateful and just realize it could be WORSE
