This is an ongoing problem. Not just with the company they have now. It took me a year to get one bill paid. They would have let it go if I wasn't so persistent. I did the work tracking where the payment went. Talk to my case managers over and over. I talked to the people at ODH too. I still have some bills that they have never paid. After a year, they will tell you that they can't help you and just let it go. Or they will make a deal that if you pay a that bill that they will pay something else

I am not the only one this is happening too. There is a similar situation that I have with HOPWA funds. I have proof of this. Is this not mismanagement of funds? Case managers covering their a$$ after they make mistakes, dragging their feet, or losing paperwork. I have gotten smart enough over the years to make copies of everything. I have no trust in the system.
