I have been POZ since July of 1986 and despite sex , drugs and rock and roll, etc, I have been lucky/blessed and healthy. the only thing that ever made me sick was Meth , Absolute Martini's and poor nutrition. It is hard to put a finger on what really works, but I say it is half nature ( genes ) , and half nurture ( treatment ). Good Luck to any and all who deal with this. I wouldn't wish it on my worst frenemy.
