I'm HIV negative and thinking about starting PrEP. What should I consider?

I have a friend that is negative and has a lot of sex during his journey to survive. He is 21 and negative,however Adam, as I call him, is young and full of life in his expression of sexuality. I use to think Prep was a way out thought of ending AIDS in a Generation but after meeting Adam and his friends it would be warrant to supply them with Prep for a moment in time. You see I change my position as I realized the preventive message in just saying the words the morning before HIV infection.
