I read what your about but I not really understaning what affect this really has for the hiv comunity as a whole because there are issues that need addressing like they so call medicines that are out I am positive a have been for twenty Plus years and all the outreach that I do the decease is still getting out there. Why hasn't something more like get people with the virus counted it just keep getting passed. In new york people are giving it out like nothing. I think we should walk with papers
