Article could just as easily been titled "Homophobia in Black Communities and Racism permeating our society mean that HIV and other health disparities experienced by Black MSM are entrenched in our society." When will we start to attack the root causes and not just the outcomes of a system that is so loaded against significant sectors of our society that efforts to understand and "fix" the effects are just band aids???
