Favorite quote from this episode was when Cartman expressed disgust at Jimmy Buffet playing at his fundraiser. He said something like "#!$ Jimmy Buffet? The only people who like Jimmy Buffet are frat boys and alcoholic southern chicks."
I am glad to see South Park tackel this issue and in a very good fashion. We as a society have let this issue slide. We MUST remember that AIDS IS STILL A CRISIS. We may be living longer but we fight for every day that we have above ground. We still do not know the long term effects of HIV. I have been Poz for 19 years and as I approach my 50's the more I fall apart. Education is important both for the infected and the public that is not.
I laughed my "bleep" off! Those 2 guys are incredible writers.
You know when something is just so wrong that it's right! Trey Parker and Matt Stone are comic geniuses.
[Bleeping] brilliant! South Park reigns comedy supreme!!!
I saw clips and i think the episode is sooooo funny....As a poz guy, i am happy i can sit back and crack a smile at this episode....the response "We’re not just sure…we’re HIV positiveâ€...had me on the floor...cuz myself and some of my poz friends had a joke like this...i loved it!!!!

I saw this episode also and I am newly infected. I was happy to see the way South Park handled the issue, Cartman was a dick, and Kyle is the serious one, If they would have done anything less then I would have been offended. They poked fun at something and they even raised serious issues. I too am HIV+ and I think it was excellent.
