Congratulations on a very clearly written article - simple, straightforward, without being condescending of simplistic.

It is unconscionable that/if Gilead does not offer TAF as a standalone drug. Especially, (as not mentioned here) as, _finally_, there will be another ARV that can significantly pass the blood-brain barrier. I am on a "cocktail" which includes TDF and it would be amazing if I could just switch out the tenofovir, without changing any others except to _finally_ be able to ditch AZT!

Interested article - will check with my Doctor about this med. But, I would like to know, because of side effects from many of our medicines, Have you heard of any side effects of the drug Triumeq? I have tried to find out informtion from GSK and FDA but neither have responded. Please let me know if you have ANY information on how it may effect 'eye sight'.
