I believe that this law should be totally repealed and that HIV testing should become a normal part of blood work to be done each time a person has any blood work done unless they have already been found to be HIV positive. At least during every regular physcial exam when they do blood work, HIV testing should be a normal test that is done even if the patient has not requested it.
