The second to the last paragraph mentions "pent up mourning". That hit home with me. I was a home health aide from '87-'94. I tended over 70 people with AIDS while I too had the virus. I washed them. I clothed them. I fed them. I tried to be good company if they wanted it. So many were rejected by family. So much grief, horror and suffering. I lost friends and loved ones at the same time. I have known over 125 people to die from this. I sometimes still cry at night alone with these memories.
