wow. i too am a 32 year survivor, however have not made the positive personal life changes you have. my story and journey is quite different from yours, but that is not my reason for reaching out to you. you "struck a nerve" when you mentioned your mom with dementia. i up-rooted my life from SC back home to NJ for that same reason...my mom with dementia. i lost my marriage and finances from this costly transition and spent, LITERALLY, every day with her in her nursing home for 16 months.
Very inspiring words.
Beautiful
Bravo Bill! I kept it together until I read, "What is the best advice you ever received? - Live your purpose" and then the tears started to flow. Great advice that touches me deeply. Thanks for sharing of your spirit.

#16 and "The lost decade when I thought I was next." I've been + since 1996 and only today gained the courage to Google the words "HIV blogs" in an effort to start dealing with the emotional side effects of this disease and try to realize that I'm really not alone. In the short time I've spent online today, I see a lot of us have dealt with this the same way. I hope that one day I can find the courage to "come out" as + and encourage others like you are doing. Thank you, William.
