Grammy Award winner Alicia Keys teams with Michael Weinstein, president of AIDS Healthcare Foundation, and 9-year-old Winnie, who’s HIV positive, in Masaka, Uganda. In April, Keys spent four days in the country visiting AIDS clinics funded by the New York–based Keep a Child Alive Foundation. Keep a Child Alive’s ten treatment sites in six African countries (including two sites in Uganda) deliver HIV meds to infected children and their families. To help pay for a child’s medication, which costs as little as a dollar a day, or for more information, visit www.keepachildalive.org.
