Better In The Bahamas?

POZ spotted two billboards, blocks apart in this tropical paradise, promoting opposite approaches to HIV prevention. One, from the Bahamian Ministry of Health, pushes condoms; another, perched in a bank window, sells abstinence, saying "Sex Can Wait." Meanwhile, the Bahamas has the third highest HIV rate in the Caribbean. Coincidence?
