HIVers taking protease inhibitor Reyataz shouldn’t take proton-pump inhibitors (PPIs), stomach meds like Prilosec (omeprazole): The PPIs cause the PI levels to fall too low.
• Pregnant women shouldn’t use Crixivan—the first PI crossed off the preggers list.
