In April 2002, Miami’s Angie Lee, 34, dubbed the “Condom Lady,” was arrested outside a hip-hop club while passing out free condoms. This April, she sued the Sheriff’s Office for $15,000, claiming mental anguish after police manhandled her off the premises. “I had permission to be there,” she insists. Police wouldn’t comment, but—oops!—Lee did it again, distributing 5,000 rubbers at a recent Britney Spears concert.
