The stud/slut double standard is worse than degrading—it’s downright deadly, according to a new Kaiser Family Foundation and Self magazine survey. Out of 800 women of unknown HIV status aged 18 to 49, half had never discussed HIV prevention with their doctor or partners for fear of being judged, and half still believed that carrying a condom implies promiscuity. Get over it, girls!
