Iraq’s First HIV Lawsuit
September 5, 2006—About 35 Iraqi hemophiliacs, surviving family members and the Iraqi Red Crescent Society are suing two European companies for allegedly supplying HIV-tainted blood clotting agents in the ‘80s.
