Waiting Game for France's Positive Immigrants

October 11, 2006—Strict immigration regulations in France are making it ever harder for HIV positive immigrants to get quality care and may force them underground, according to a Plus News report. There are about 20,000 HIV positive foreigners in France, most of them African by birth.
