Policies on HIV testing, treatment and education are a scarcity in the U.S. workplace, reports the Washington Post, even at organizations working directly on HIV issues. Catholic Relief Services, which does AIDS and other relief work overseas, only got up to speed with its employees after one of them disclosed at work in 2004.
