Like a Bad Neighbor...

Life insurance is rarely available to the 1 in 11 South Africans with HIV, IRIN reports, even those who are on treatment and healthy. South Africans advocating for policy changes say that in addition to the financial benefits, broader coverage would help fight HIV stigma.
