Feds Can Cut Off AIDS Groups

A U.S. Court of Appeals judge ruled yesterday that the Bush administration’s denial of funding to international AIDS groups that don’t condemn prostitution is not a violation of free-speech rights. The ruling overturned a lower court’s ruling against the policy in a suit first filed by non- governmental org DKT International in 2005.
