Bono Talks AIDS in America

Rock star Bono visited Oakland, California on Friday, called it the new epicenter of HIV in America and demanded that political leaders address the high rate of new HIV infections among African Americans. This is the first time that Bono, who travels the globe combating HIV and poverty, has focused on the U.S. AIDS epidemic.
