Affordable Care Bill in the Senate

Senators Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY) and Gordon H. Smith (R-OR) introduced the Early Treatment for HIV Act today. The bill would provide for states to extend Medicaid coverage to low-income people with HIV, helping take pressure off cash-strapped state AIDS Drug Assistance Programs.
