Ugandans Line Up for Circumcision
Research findings that circumcision can cut the chances of HIV infection by at least 50% have prompted a rush to sign up for the procedure in Uganda. The UN endorsed circumcision last month as a key HIV intervention that could prevent 5.7 new HIV infections in 20 years in sub-Saharan Africa, while stressing that people must still use condoms.
