HIV Spikes Among Minnesota Latinos

The number of new HIV infections in Minnesota’s Hispanic population doubled in 2006, and 50% had progressed to AIDS by the time they were diagnosed. Advocates are calling for a targeted statewide HIV prevention and education campaign.
