HIV Lobbyists Descend on Washington

AIDS advocates from around the nation met today in Washington, D.C. to demand more federal AIDS funding and programming. The National Association of People With AIDS (NAPWA) organizes the annual three-day event for activists and others to meet with elected officials and voice their concerns.
