No Medics? No Meds

A severe shortage of healthcare workers throughout southern Africa is thwarting efforts to expand access to HIV meds, according to a report by Doctors Without Borders. The report looks at Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique and South Africa, where a total of about a million people remain in need of treatment.
