Life in Prison for Not Disclosing

An HIV positive man in Missouri was sentenced to life in prison yesterday for allegedly having unprotected sex with a woman without telling her that he was positive. Sean L. Sykes, 33, spent five years in jail after being convicted of exposing another women to HIV in 1997.
