Twenty % of British 18 to 24 year olds surveyed by Great Britain’s Terrence Higgins Trust mistakenly believed there is a cure for HIV. About 25% of the young people thought condoms had holes that HIV could pass through, and 10% believed the virus could be transmitted through kissing.
