HIV Crossroads in El Salvador

The Salvadoran government has launched a new HIV/AIDS awareness campaign amid widespread reports of anti-HIV stigma and problems with treatment access. Activists told Inter Press Service (IPS) that mismanagement of AIDS funds has contributed to a shortage of drugs for people who need them.
