Ana’s HIV Story, by Jenna Bush

 
        









 





  President Bush’s daughter Jenna, 25, is a releasing a book this fall about a 17-year-old HIV positive single mother in Panama. The book, “Ana’s Story: A Journey of Hope,” published by HarperCollins, is based on work she did with adolescents in Central America as an unpaid intern for UNICEF.

    "I recently met a guy who is negative. I did tell him about my status and he decided to kiss me anyway (we didn't go further than that). But a day later, he called and said that he actually had a mouth ulcer that time when we kissed and he was very worried. Asked if he can get the virus from me that way.
