Creatine Makes HIV Men Bigger, Not Stronger

November 15, 2005—Body builders’ dietary supplement of choice, Creatine, can increase lean body mass in HIV positive men, but it does little to help build strength during weight training. The study, reported Monday at a lipodystrophy conference in Ireland, says the supplement probably can’t promise body bulk in the long term.
