A Positive Take On Yoga

December 15, 2005—People living with HIV and other chronic illnesses are increasingly turning to yoga for relief from med side effects and pain, as well as for emotional support, according to today’s New York Times. Docs recommend yoga for exercise and meditation for stress, but warn that neither can be relied on in any way as a cure.
