Camp Sunburst
A refuge in Livermore, California, where families living with or affected by HIV enjoy hiking, swimming, drama, music and other fun programs. A session just for teens runs July 20–25.

AIDS Walk San Francisco
Step it up for the city’s 22nd Annual AIDS Walk, a 6-mile stroll through Golden Gate Park. Last year’s event raised over $4.5 million for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and more than three dozen other local AIDS groups.

The 2008 National Conference on Latinos and AIDS
In Miami, health care workers will discuss HIV treatment for Latinos, the country’s second-most affected population.
