World Cup: Europe vs. US

by Gabi Horn

After weighing the hard evidence collected over several years by a standardization committee, the European Union has augmented the length and girth of its “standard” condom from 6.3 to 6.7 inches long, and from 2.1 to 2.2 inches wide. How do American prophylactics measure up? The U.S. standard is lengthier—7.1 inches—but leaner, gauging in at 2 inches. Must be all those hot dogs at the ballpark.
