Bureaucracy

by Mark O'Donnell

Nothing asphyxiates like red tape.

Your insurance company's goal is not to insure you.

Until further notice, there will be no restroom.

In great pain? Explain in space below.

The clock in this office has no hands.

Lawyers' hourly fee: The meter's running on a taxi in gridlock.

You filled out the forms in triplicate, but no one has a copy.

A big government bureau: An airport without planes.

The state and federal agencies aren't speaking to each other.

This official cannot approve anything.

The newborn baby hasn't filled out the needed forms.

You're now well-prepared for Purgatory.
