Post-election plea: Nebraska housing!

As a person living with HIV, I have been trying to get some stability in my life—especially in housing.  

I have been on Nebraska's long-term HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS) list for the past 2 years.

Will the changes [in Congress] bring more funding to these badly needed programs?
